Brainchild Institute is under the direction of Dr. Leah Light, who has extensive education and experience in the fields of Special Education, Audiology, Neuroscience, Educational Kinesiology and Speech Pathology.

Brainchild Institute consists of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in both medical and educational realms, working collaboratively to improve brain processing, hearing loss, language/communication skills and learning potentials.

Brainchild Institute is also a resource center for students in related fields who want to learn more about the functional aspects of neurology that affect brain changes, otherwise known as neuroplasticity.

“Brainchild Institute helps to address the needs of individuals with the following diagnoses: Auditory Processing and Sensory Processing Disorders; ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dyslexia and other learning disabilities. “
